Shipping Costs:
Orders are shipped usually within 48 hours after payment is received. Most packages are shipped by UPS Ground rate to the United States (7 to 10 days for delivery after package is shipped). Orders up to 25lbs is $10.00 shipping; over 50lbs is $15 shipping; over 75lbs is $25, over 100lbs is $35 shipping, over 125lbs is $45, over 150lbs is $55, over 200lbs is $75, over 250lbs is 30% of order total. This shipping cost also includes Insurance.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer shipping to countries outside of the United States.
Return Policy:
Please note that all sales are final. In the event of damaged, missing or incorrect items, we will accept the return of shipped merchandise if notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will issue Credit to your account or refund you. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for stolen items or orders.
